The Bellbird Dress was designed to be worn in the winter with a top underneath for warmth, or in the summer with twirls. Whatever you choose, it will be fully lined and comfortable for your child to wear and play in. This pattern is suitable for beginners, with simple techniques and closures and a detailed instruction tutorial.
